Client Success Team

Guide every project from enquiry through to delivery.

How we work

Matched to your field

Each project is led by a specialist with a postgraduate background in its subject and methods, not passed to a generalist.

Scoped before we start

You receive a written, itemised quote with the deliverables, timeline and exclusions, so the work is agreed before any payment.

Checked before release

A second member of the team reviews every deliverable against the brief and the relevant reporting standard before you see it.

Refined with you

You review the work in your dashboard and request refinements; those within the agreed scope are unlimited for 14 days.

The standards behind our work

Systematic and scoping reviews

Protocols and reporting follow PRISMA 2020 and PRISMA-ScR, with methods from the Cochrane Handbook and JBI. Two reviewers screen studies independently.

Statistics and meta-analysis

Analyses are run in established software such as R, Stata and RevMan, and reported with effect sizes and confidence intervals, not p-values alone.

Reporting guidelines

We match each study design to its EQUATOR Network guideline, such as CONSORT, STROBE or COREQ, so manuscripts meet journal expectations.

Integrity and confidentiality

You remain the author of your work, contributions are disclosed where journals require it, and materials stay confidential, with an NDA on request.
