Terms & Conditions

Effective September 28, 2026

These terms apply when you use timelyscholar.com, request a quote, create an account or buy a service from TimelyScholar ("TimelyScholar", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote or paying for a project, you agree to them.

1. What we do

We provide research support: systematic, scoping and literature reviews, meta-analysis, statistical and mixed-methods analysis, research proposals, data visualization, market research, capstone project guidance, editing and methodological consultation. Each project is carried out by a research specialist and checked by our quality team before release.

2. Quotes and scope

  • Every project starts with a written, itemised quote listing the scope, deliverables, timeline and any exclusions. The quote is "the agreed scope".
  • A quote is based on the information and files you give us. If they turn out to be incomplete or different, we may revise the quote before work starts, or quote additional work separately.
  • Work outside the agreed scope is discussed and quoted before we do it. We never add charges without your approval.

3. Payment

  • Projects are paid in full, in US dollars, before work begins. You can pay by card or PayPal, or from your TimelyScholar wallet balance.
  • Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Your wallet holds money you add (between $10 and $10,000 per top-up) and any refunds or credits we issue. Wallet money can be spent on any TimelyScholar project. Withdrawals are covered in the Refund Policy.
  • Work is scheduled to begin the next business day after payment clears.

4. Deadlines

The delivery date in your quote is our commitment. It depends on you sending the materials and answers we ask for on time; if you are late, the delivery date moves by at least the same time. We do not lower methodological standards to meet a shorter deadline. Rush requests may carry an expedited-service fee, shown in the quote.

5. Review and refinements

  • When your deliverables are ready, you review them in your client dashboard and either approve them or request a refinement.
  • Refinements within the agreed scope are unlimited and free. Request them within 14 days of delivery. New questions, new data, extra analyses or changes of direction are outside the scope and are quoted separately.
  • If you do not approve or request a refinement within 14 days of delivery, the project is treated as approved and marked Complete.
  • If you have a concern that refinements have not solved, tell us and the project moves to Under Resolution, where a senior team member works with you to resolve it. See the Refund Policy.

6. Academic and research integrity

Our work supports your research; it does not replace your responsibility for it.

  • You remain the author of your work. You are responsible for using our deliverables in line with the rules of your institution, programme, employer, funder or journal, including any rules on outside help, editing and the use of consultants.
  • Where our contribution meets a journal's or institution's criteria for acknowledgement or contributorship, we support accurate disclosure. We never misrepresent authorship or where work came from.
  • We will not take exams or quizzes, log in to learning platforms or course portals on your behalf, fabricate or falsify data or sources, or knowingly help anyone breach an integrity policy. We may decline or stop a project that we believe would, and refund you under the Refund Policy.
  • We do not guarantee a grade, a pass, journal acceptance, funding or any other outcome that depends on third parties.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your materials, data and identity as confidential. Only the specialist and team members working on your project can see them, and we do not share them with anyone else unless the law requires it. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything, or sign your institution's own NDA.

8. Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the deliverables we prepared for you. We keep ownership of our general methods, templates, know-how and tools, and may reuse them in other work, but never your materials, data or deliverables. We do not publish or share your work, and we only use it as a sample with your written permission.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information and have the right to share the files and data you send us. Remove or de-identify personal health information and other sensitive personal data unless we have agreed in writing how it will be handled.
  • Keep your account login and two-factor code private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Treat our team with respect. We may end a project, with a refund for unstarted work, if a client is abusive.

10. Free tools and guides

The free tools, templates and blog guides on the site are provided for general information and self-help, as they are, without warranty. Check results before relying on them, especially statistics, citations and risk-of-bias judgements. Using them creates no client relationship with us.

11. Liability

We carry out every project with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost grades, opportunities, funding or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes and disputes

  • We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid for a project applies to that project.
  • If something goes wrong, contact us first at info@timelyscholar.com; most concerns are resolved through refinement or resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
